Mathys Tel indicated to Tottenham Hotspur that he intends to stay at Bayern Munich and reassess his future in the summer, despite agreements being reached for him to join the north London club and interest from a host of others teams. Tottenham had deals in place with Bayern, Tel and his representatives — only for the player to ultimately indicate a wish to remain in Munich.
