My childhood cat we had for 16 years was put to sleep in November due to old age. He was my moms cat for the most part. He mostly only liked her so therefore spent the most time with her; so she would have known everything about him. For example, his fur pattern: he was a tuxedo cat and the white patch on his mouth was crooked but in a weirdly specific way. The way he was built: he was a slim cat, not under fed but you could see his bones in some places, especially his shoulders. The way he moved when he walked: I don’t know how to describe it but it’s very specific to say the least. My point is, he’s a really specific looking cat to the point it would be really challenging to recreate a picture of him in your head. One day my mom came home from work after he was put down, and she was going to our hallway and I heard her gasp and went to see what happened. She was shaking with her hand over her mouth cause she saw our cat, our specific cat walking down the hallway. Everything about him was exact down to his misshapen eyebrows pattern. You’re probably gonna say “it’s her just in denial” but it wasn’t it was a month later, after we had gone back to normal. And I didn’t see it that time but I constantly saw him in the corner of my eye, thought I saw him laying down in his very specific favorite sleeping places and poses. Call me crazy, but I genuinely think I saw the ghost of my cat. My dad said we’re going insane and just miss him. I don’t think that. And me and my mom have seen ghosts before and we do believe in it. What do you think?
