We live in England. This happened 8 years ago when we first bought an old, 200 year old, shoe factory turned business centre. We were nervous as it’s the first time we did something like this. My husband spent a lot of time there to make sure the building would be perfect. One evening, as he was wrapping up, a young, very skinny boy, around 12, came to him. This boy dressed in Victorian manner, with his little flat cap, just looked at him. They stayed like like for a good moment, then the boy just disappeared.

Also, thy boys only had the top half of his body. No legs.

It comforts me to know someone is looking after this place even when we’re not there.
