I haven’t been able to find this information anywhere to determine if it is worth optimizing the steam deck via UV/OC. Thus I am sharing my FPS benchmarks in case anyone else finds it useful. This is a comparison of stock vs. optimized settings for my Steam Deck running Windows 11 Pro in the following games:

  • Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart
  • The Last of Us Part 1 Remake
  • Baldur’s Gate 3

Stock steam deck is whatever it comes with from the factory and optimized contains the following changes:

  • 4GB UMA Frame Buffer
  • 6400 MT/s RAM OC
  • Power Down: Disabled
  • VDDCR_VDD: -35
  • VDDCR_SOC: 25
  • VDDCR_GFX: -35
