I always thought they didn’t actually work, but I’m hearing more and more that they actually can have some level of an impact. Which brings me to the other extreme: why would I go even a day without taking any vitamin or supplement I could have taken that day? Are we all just too lazy to be tremendously healthier by taking like 20 pills each morning?
