Just want to highlight and share how great the Samsung DEX is when using hot desks at various offices that have external screens with USB-C cable ready + keyboard + mouse connected to the screen.

I don’t even need to bring the laptop over if I’m not creating more specialized content, I just hook the phone up to USB-C and start working on documents, emails, messaging apps, the basic stuff when handling projects, timelines, etc. basic stuff.

It’s also beautiful that it runs desktop browser experience effortlessly, and I’m only running all this with already dated S22. Comparing this to highly limited iPad with M series processor, the so called “stage manager” is very limited compared to DEX.

People come to me and see what I’m doing and they are blown by the performance and the possibilities with the DEX. Dunno how many people even know that this is possible.

(I have also installed the software “Samsung Good Lock from Galaxy Store” for it to also run with 4K screens with full resolution!)
