i have been trying to reset password for paradox over more than a year, i never receive any emails from paradox. i have checked my spam i have added their support emails on my whitelist but it never works. i even tried to report my issue via email, apparently they do not accept any tickets Via email and to raise tickets i need to login which i cannot.

please help… Thanks!
