I just wish this made sense for the current 2025 OSRS. I play an ironman and apparently am close to being able to smith endgame level armour with my current stats. Yet, I will likely never (being realistic) get 99 smithing to be able to make a rune plate. Make it make sense! Also wouldn’t this adversely affect the price of the rare drop from Yama?
