Been rough year, M1 has consistantly demonstarted undermining behavior that goes beyond simple mismanagement. Since taking over the team in late 2024, has shown no interest in supporting my development or placement, actively disregarded my proactive efforts to find billable work, and refused to acknowledge documented contributions — including nearly 300 scheduled billable hours before end of FY. In 1:1, he adopted a harsh, defensive tone, accusing me of “blaming my managers” rather than offering any constructive feedback or guidance in lack of billable hours. His Connect comments are vague, dismissive, and devoid of recognition, reading more like a justification to penalize than an honest evaluation. The pattern strongly suggests intentional sabotage and gatekeeping, not objective leadership. Please advise on what i must do.
