Nothing has been addressed from any “engagement” survey I have ever done. Lazy employees still get away with their crap, hard working employees are not recognized or rewarded.

The only thing I ever see from these engagement surveys is the store hyping up “this is how many people took the survey!!!” That’s all they care about, how many people participated. They don’t care what we think.

So this time when asked if I’m doing the survey, I’m going to say “no, I will not take any more surveys until I feel I’m being listened to.”
