So… about 5 or 6 months ago I woke up to my 2 year old son terrified screaming and pointing. He was asleep in the bedroom at the end of the hall way pointing up towards the rest of the house. I have never heard him scream like that befor he was horrified. He hasn’t done it since but he’s always been abit funny after that happened walking down the hallway by himself. Now… the past week he has been really funny about walking down the hallway at all and I have to encourage him to or go with him he has also started closing the sliding door at the end of the hall way which then blocks off where the bedrooms are if that makes sense. I don’t want my son feeling this way in his own home and being scared to walk down the hallway it’s horrible seeing him not want to walk down the hallway or the way he freaks out when he does. I just want him to be comfortable. Could he be possibly going through a phase? Or is it something more? I also have a 4 year old and he’s never been like that at all. Help me help my boy be comfortable and not freak out.
