“We visited a hidden New York City gem, the Aqueduct Race Track located in Queens. While we were there, we learned about why people have been visiting the track for over 100 years to watch horses race and to spend time with friends. We were blown away by our experience, and were surprised by the level of positivity and community that we felt inside of the building. There are many interesting facets of the Aqueduct Race Track from its history, to betting on races, to the sport itself. The track will be closing in 2026, so we wanted to capture its personality and learn about why the NYC institution has stood for so long.”
