i rarely see people talking about what it feels like to have shifts in school. i noticed that i couldn’t move my “tail” (phantom tail) and it made me think i was wearing a yarn one so i wanted to grab it so it would move, however i was immediately hit with the reality that i wasn’t wearing one. it wasn’t bad at first as it happens to me a lot but it got worse while i sat in class and I’ve been feeling so terrible since. I can’t possibly wear tails like you’d wear them (only on the side though and only ones that aren’t my theriotype) nor ears or my collar. I don’t know what to do anymore and i can’t possibly wear my gear at home while my parents are home.
