I started in a junior position at 40k, now after a promotion and 4 indexes I’m at 52.5k. The thing is that after these 3 years at the company I’ve become a jack of all trades for any tasks from junior to senior in my department: the juniors can’t manage all the payments? I will take over. We need to train the new guys? Consider it done. Someone has trouble with the billing review? On it. Etc.

I think I bring consistent value to my team and the company, all performance reviews have been absolutely glowing so far which got me thinking - am I being greedy for thinking that the 12.5k pay increase (including indexes) over 3 years is not that much for everything I do? I see people have a starting pay of 53k nowadays and somehow I feel behind. Maybe I should have pushed for more or left a while ago.

How do you navigate pay increases in the Lux market and how to know what would be a reasonable annual increase?
