The existing web page for Bandai Namco’s Studio 2/Studio S has been removed. The previous url (https://www.bandainamcostudios.com/special-studio/) now redirects to Bandai Namco’s homepage. You can still view the web page with the Wayback Machine. It features some interviews with developers and provides some general information about the team and their work.

Studio 2/Studio S primarily work on Nintendo projects. They’re credited with Mario Kart 8, Mario Kart World, and recently linked with the ongoing development of Kirby Air Riders.

The web page takedown must be relatively recent. Admittedly, I check it semi-frequently with some pretty far fetched hopes that we’ll get some sort of development update on the upcoming Kirby Air Riders.

I guess I’m wondering if Bandai Namco is moving away from featuring the studio as its Nintendo development partner. They had only really announced the studio about a year ago. Curious to see if anyone here has any thoughts.
