I know this us bad … like I get it. But when I eat just enough to stay a little hungry all day it literally improves how I feel overall. Is this insane? I don’t skip meals, but I have found that eating only small small portions throughout the day and staying a bit hungry all the time helps me. (I say that being mostly in bed, but when I do this I’m able to go out for walks and not worry about putting myself in danger of passing out because of being so dizzy).

Is there anyone else who’s experienced this? Is there any science behind why? Should I be eating more and just deal with the reprocussions?
