The teams don’t necessarily have to be in a power conference. I’ll do two overs and two unders

Baylor Over 7.5: Returns a lot from a team that won 8 games last year and finished strong. Plus their conference schedule is pretty favorable with almost all of their key games coming at home. I think they will be a contender in the Big 12 this year.

Syracuse Over 5.5: The schedule is tough but even with that I think they still make a bowl game. I think Fran Brown is a good coach and I think their new QB Angeli could show some promise there.

UCF Under 5.5: Wasn’t a fan of the Scott Frost re-hire and they are pretty much are rebuilding the entire team. Even with a somewhat easy schedule, I don’t think they make a bowl.

Massachusetts Under 4.5: Yeah, I don’t really understand this one. I know they have a new coach but they didn’t beat a single FBS team last year. On top of that, they haven’t won more than four games since they joined FBS in 2012.
