started as ryukyu, introduced heir and drilled army with king as leaderto get rid of him asap. went colonial ideas to get to alaska and also mexico.

1500 changed religion to mayan. you get all of the reforms automatically

1517 formed alaska for the CCR

1525, formed maya after conquering mexico, At this point i could have -65% CCR (-25 admin ideas, -20 mayan reform, -20 alaskan ideas). Mexico is awesome economic base with gold

1528 charted a province from the commonwealth in latvia, first european province.

1544, first war with england, got london and calais

1554 war with spain, got alhambra and malta monuments

1564 gobbled almost all of england. continued to go crazy on europe for the next 100 years. i played on 2 or 3 speed, paused frequently. very annoying to coordinate several armies in new world and europe. tons of rebels and overextension.

1628 -> sardinia-piedmont -> prussia; I flipped reformed christian from decision (which you can do as a primitive religion like mayan) to form prussia. But i really wanted to be orthodox as its my favorite. So i let orthodox zealots run across my euopean provinces. I had a ton of provinces across the world at this point but very religiously diverse. Luckily to flip state religion you only need a plurality not a majority of dev.

by 1660 i annexed most of europe. Truce juggling means not having to care about ae anymore

1684 tag formations -> kongo -> england -> ruthenia -> russia -> roman empire

At this point the setup is complete and all i had to do was complete the wc…

…I was so burnt out of eu4 i took a year off lmao. I return now complete it. Thankfully my former self set me up for success. I had high admin efficiency, high ccr, province war score and high unrest reduction. i sleep walked the rest of the wc. after finishing all tag formations, most countries were 1 or 2 wars for full annexation

I reformed into a theocracy in 1739 to get more missionaries to speed the one faith

Idea groups taken in order:

  1. exploration, but abandoned later once i had foothold in europe
  2. religious for deus vult cb
  3. admin for ccr
  4. diplo for province war score
  5. quantity for landforce limit and manpower
  6. humanist for rebel management
  7. defensive to stack attrition reduction so i can run death stacks across globe
  8. offensive for siege ability, but at this point i was basically done

My magnum opus of eu4 runs. Admin efficiency is the only way I could sit through a wc. I wanted it to be orthodox cuz its simply so good. I had to restart numerous times to get the setup in mexico right. Going orthodox after reformed was awesome but very tedious. I didn’t actively pursue the one faith but i figured it was possible given how it went. I’m never doing a wc again lol
