I’m 40 but I just recently found out bout gender identity being different from sex maybe less than a year ago. I wasn’t on social media until a year ago. That said, when I researched a bit more about gender identity, apparently its been around since the mid 1900s. Why am I only hearing bout this now? For me growing up sex and gender were use interchangeably. Is this just me?
