I know it’s a cheat, but if you don’t use it you’ll have to really expand your city until you can use stuff like landscaping tools, which leads to a clearly “old” and less feature-rich part of town, which could prove awkward to fix later on.

I haven’t used it yet and I feel like my cities have this clearly odd looking part of town which takes a lot of time and effort to fix in order for it to look nice like the rest of the city.
