I know this has been said before, but the LTT customer support are truly on another level. I bought a black and gold water bottle about 9 months ago (before the warning about the ink was added to the site), and they offered me a new one for free straight away!

Would 100% recommend trying to get another bottle if you’re in the same situation - the support team replied within a minute of me sending my complaint form.

Just wanted to share something good after the last few weeks of turmoil!!
