Pretty much as subject says.

Was reading about how neutron stars spin really fast because angular momentum is conserved and they are much smaller than their source star.

Which got me thinking - black holes are much much much more compact than a neutron star, potentially infinitely so (if we interpret the singularity literally), so shouldn’t the measurable rotation of a black hole be basically infinitely fast (or at least at like c after some relativistic effects are taken into consideration )?
