The GP took me off HRT during an annual review. A couple of weeks in and I am climbing the walls with the head radiating out of my body, especially my head 🥵 It’s not the heatwave in the UK as it’s only been 18**°**c these past few days, but it feels like I am a cartoon character crawling through the dessert. I’m 57 and thought I was over the worst bit years ago.

I am very heat sensitive at the best of times and this is not pleasant.

Vent over . . . For now 🫠
