Trying desperately to do my tax return but the myGov login options are completely useless while overseas

I always use my login and my Aus phone number is still active. But the 2FA codes come in about 30 mins after I login. And sometimes they don’t show up at all outside of Aus working hours. What’s the problem? They got someone manually throwing these codes to my phone?

Digital ID app just doesn’t work at all + my face can’t be recognised because my passport photo was taken nearly ten years ago. And then Passkey for whatever reason fails to recognise that I have the myGov password saved.

Any solutions would be much appreciated
