I want to be able to detect a smelly ass bathroom and turn on the exhaust fan. Has anyone done this?

This is, by far, the greatest use of home automation I can think of. I have an incredibly powerful sense of smell, I’m like a bloodhound. It is the world’s worst superpower. The smell of my kids’ shits makes me gag.

I do not want an occupancy sensor or anything like that. It has to detect the gas.
