My boyfriend currently likes to go out to his car and smoke weed, eat weed gummies or eat shroom chocolate. I have always been fine with substances like that being used for added fun to things like parties or watching Shrek The Musical, however I do have a problem with it being used around children. I have voiced that when raising our child I do not want any substances like that around the child or for the child to see his parents under the influence. My boyfriend insists that its fine and I’m overreacting due to childhood trauma and that he should be able to continue getting high even after the baby comes. He claims that when he is high he could still function enough to help out with parenting, even claiming if something happened that he could drive our child to the hospital while high (🚩🚩🚩). After arguing for a while (weeks??months??) I chose to give him the ultimatum of either he cuts this stuff out before the baby is born or I will remove my child from the situation before he is introduced to it. I am currently in the last week of my second trimester and am not sure if im being hormonal and crazy like he says or if I should stand my ground and do what’s best for my baby. AITA???

Edit: This was not a planned pregnancy, I was on a birth control pill that I was pretty religious about taking so I did not get the opportunity to have a conversation with him about all of this before I got pregnant.
