I’ve opened an issue on BitChat’s GitHub for the implementation of offline Monero transactions (for those who don’t know, BitChat is under development by Jack Dorsey, he’s planning to make Bitcoin transactions offline, so we can try to implement offline Monero transactions for greater adoption of Monero, as well as more resources for the Monero ecosystem).
