unraid setup:

Array: 3, 18th Ironwolf Pro drives (1 parity) (XFS)

Cache Pool: 2, 1TB SSDs (ZFS)

whenever i transfer anything from my PC, or inbetween shares, the speeds start off blazing fast, then dip down and gets to about 60MB/s. however, it doesnt stay there either. it will sit at 60 for about 10 seconds. then drop to 0 for about 10 seconds. it will continue this pattern the entirety of the transfer. which makes transfering anything extremely long.

any suggestions?
