My wife and I have been trying for a kid for the last two years, and we finally got a positive pregnancy test! Great news we were so happy and excited, but then this week we went for the first ultrasound to see it, but it wasn’t good news, the sac was sized at 8 weeks, the baby was measuring at 6 weeks, and they were expecting it to be 9 weeks, they also couldn’t see a heartbeat. So we had time blood work done and it confirmed the pregnancy is a loss. We still have one more ultrasound to confirm, but imthe chances that it’ll say things are ok are almost 0.
Obviously this has both my wife and I heartbroken. But the silly sleep deprived antics on this weeks wan show made me smile and actually laugh out loud. Boy I didn’t know how much just laughing would help, but it sure did! So from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for hilarious wan show, right when I needed it. It helped me so much in ways I can’t even describe.
As for us, we know what we had to do to make it stick the first time, and we know what was very low at the start of the pregnancy, so we have more information and a game plan for doing it agian, and keeping all the levels if things in check so I’m hopeful that we’ll be able to do it again soon, and that next time it’ll work.
