I used the jade bot glide booster to get up here and then used Spectral Walk to activate the dialogue and then jump back to this spot. Ryland isn’t invulnerable so it’s very easy to burst him down.
Unfortunately, the instance broke and the dialogue wouldn’t trigger so I think this is maybe not recommended.
