honest to god. it must be freeing to not give a damn about exploiting candidates desperate for a job by making them complete assignments and extensive case studies for free labor only to turn them down. it must be freeing to not give a fuck that you just laid off 15,000, condemning them to possible homelessness for a 5% increase in profits. it must be freeing to not give a fuck that people prepared for two days for what they thought was a well-paying job at a major corporation, only for it to actually be corporate theatre bc you were going to always promote internally.
