I found out today that I’m the lowest paid front desk girl at my job. I work with 3 other people. I’ve been here for 3 years, quit and came back and now am about 2 years in. So 5 years total. I’ve trained every single girl up there plus my previous manager. Who quit and told me this info. I just can’t believe it. I make $16hr, the other girls make $16-18. The only difference is that I’m part time and the other 3 work full time.
