I have been on my LTD (long term disability) claim for ~1.5 years and after the first review, I am now denied. The denial letter is riddled with so many lies and misinformation but the most glaring is that even with a very supportive 2-Day CPET (c/o Dr. Keller), they still wrote that they don’t think I’m disabled, just deconditioned and recommend GET. I feel like I’m transported back in the 80s.

I will appeal of course. This is so frustrating. I feel so naive! Even with expensive state of the art medical tests, even with the best doctors, they still find a way. And it’s the same story they have been using for decades.

At least I fully recognize how impersonal this is. They merely saw ME in my diagnosis and methodologically spewed such unscientific, immoral and unoriginal dribble.
