TLDR: I got hired for a part time role and the training was full time for several weeks with no accommodations what so ever. I had to resign and feeling defeated.

I have been working towards becoming a psychotherapist for many years. I have several degrees/certifications and am almost finished my masters degree (I had to take a leave with one semester left because of mecfs). I was hoping that being home would improve my health enough that I could go back and finish (I was abroad) this coming winter - I havnt improved yet sadly. In the mean time I applied for and got offered a job as a part time remote counsellor and was thrilled!

However, they gave me NO accommodation’s for training which is several weeks of fulltime 8 hours a day and no exemption for drs appointments or anything else. No sick days because it’s part time. So I have this massive road block in-front of me and this part time job. I had to make the decision to resign to not make my health worse and crash. Feeling defeated.
