Greg is pretty young in the episode where he meets Rose. Probably early 20s. In the video where Rose is pregnant with Steven, he looks a fair bit older. He’s already balding, but I’m guessing he’s not actually old, just balding prematurely. My guess is he’s roughly 30-35, which would make him mid-to-late 40s for most of the OG series.
