Yes, I know what my second flair is.

Zach Calzada - Jimbo Fisher’s first QB recruit, saw limited play time in 2019, and saw no play time in 2020, he took over as the starter in 2021 after Haynes King suffered a season ending leg injury against Colorado. He would go 6-4 as a starter, including a 41-38 win over No.1 Alabama. After the season, he would transfer to Auburn for the 2022 season where he saw no play time under then head coach Bryan Harsin. He would then transfer to Incarnate Word Academy for the 2023 and 2024 seasons, where he would help the lead team to 6-2 and 11-3 finishes respectively. For the 2025 season, he transferred to the University of Kentucky where he’s expected to be the starter.

Haynes King - Jimbo Fisher’s second QB recruit, saw limited playtime as the backup to starter Kellen Mond in 2020. Suffered a season leg injury injury against Colorado in 2021. Started in 2022, but all three of A&M’s qbs would end up seeing play in a desperate attempt to stave of a losing season. He’d transfer to Georgia Tech where he’d help lead them to their first winning season in years under Brent Key.

Connor Weigman - Part of the greatest recruiting class of all time, Weigman would get his first start in 2022 against Ole Miss in week 9, going 2-2 the rest of the way capped off with a win against then No.5 LSU to end the season. He’d be named the starter in 2023 over Max Johnson and would start 4 games until going down the with a season ending foot injury against Auburn. In 2024, he’d be named the starter over backup Marcel Reed until an injury (seriously, what the hell) against Florida sidelined him. However, the injury wasn’t season ended and he’d be back to start against No.9 Missouri where they got absolutely torched 41-10. Unfortunately, a very poor first half against LSU would lead to his benching in favor of backup Marcel Reed who helped lead Texas A&M to a win. Reed would be named the starter going forward and Weigman would see limited play against New Mexico State. He’d transfer to the University of Houston where he’s expected to start.

Honorable Mentions

Max Johnson - I honestly forgot about him. Transfer from LSU. Serviceable. Son of Brad Johnson. Transferred to UNC where he’s still at.
