I’m so sorry if this is not the correct Reddit forum to be posting this on, but was the only forum I could find that seemed generally accepting of all genders including all different body parts and idk, I just feel very comfortable sharing this experience on here despite it being a bit embarrassing.

I’m 25 Female and have always been in tune with my body sexually. Earlier this week, as I tried to ‘rub one out’ I felt extreme pain which has never happened before! Worried, I went to check my clitoris and there was something hard that was literally stuck up in there where the hood is! I had to pretty much force my clit open to get it out and I have no idea what it was. It was the worst pain I’ve ever felt. After I got it out my clit was sore and was unbearable when touching it.

Maybe some helpful info?: I have 1 sexual partner and has been the only one ever (we have sex 4-5 times a week), I shower once every night before bed and change my underwear every night before bed as well. I have a 5 year uterine IUD and have not menstruated in a little over 4 years (it gives out in January). I also have barely any discharge and my southern region has no smell to it. I wipe from front to back and figured it was toilet paper at first, but it was translucent like an oily seed and was hard like a grain of rice.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and could shed some insight on what it could possibly be from? And how to avoid it from happening again because that sh*t hurt and ruined a nice moment! I’ve heard of woman finding pubes in their clit but never a seed-like-hard… whatever it was, so I’m a little worried that this could be something bad! Thank you for reading!
