Hello guys, so I came from vacation ( I never take my phone or any communication devices on vacation) on Saturday to and I’ve got a call from bank few hour after I came. They asked me if I’ve just attempted over 100 transactions (purchases) from Microsoft. I was bamboozled and replied “no” and they said they have to block my card, because that’s basically what happened and that 7 transactions got through.

I checked my email banking to see MS store transactions, 7 for like $50 each. I checked my phone and seen message from Ms that my phone number for MS account got changed.

I tried to log into MS account but with no success. Is there any way to get my account back? It seems like they changed phone for my email and then they changed (or maybe deleted) email for my user account, because MS login now says that account doesn’t exist. I also had games worth like $2000 on my Xbox account to which I’m not able to log in.

Does MS have any way to backtrack on this issue? Would it be possible to get my account back? I tried to fill some “I think someone hacked my account” on Microsoft website form online and when I put in my email, it says not that it doesn’t exist but they found no problem with it.

Any advices would be appreciated. Thanks.
