Got my SP9 (i5) two weeks ago and often when I turn it on, the startup Windows logo flashes onscreen, disappears then doesn’t turn on. When I push the button after this, it then turns on normally, apart from once. Annoyingly I tried to record this tonight, and it only happened the one time I wasn’t filming, but in my first week of very light use, it happened every time.

Is this a known issue, or is it not an issue and I’m somehow doing something wrong?
