My problem has been going on for a while, but it seems that any Bluetooth devices I attempt to pair to my laptop will not do so. I first experienced this when I once connected my Microsoft Ocean Plastic Mouse to an iPad. It had worked fine with my laptop since I first got it (Surface Laptop 4), but once I tried to connect it to my laptop after it had been used with the iPad, it would not connect anymore. Previously paired Bluetooth devices worked fine, and could be used without any problems, but this one, or any other devices I tried to connect to my laptop would not connect, no matter what. I have tried restarting my laptop, restarting Bluetooth Support Services, among other things. Does anyone know what will help?
