I have been practicing law in DC for seven years mostly in litigation and I am starting to realize I do not want to stay on this path forever. I am interested in exploring in-house roles or policy related work but I do not know how to reposition my experience. My resume feels like it only speaks to traditional law roles and I am unsure how to communicate my transferable skills.
