This just happened this week. We have an AP coach that is on a power trip all the time. I was shopping after work and saw a small puddle of water near the eggs. I honestly didn’t think anything about it.

Next day I’m helping a customer and the AP coach pulls me away from the customer and tears into me about the spill I walked by and three other associates also walked by. I was off the clock, they were on the clock for reference. As a result a lady slipped and fell.

I told her that I was off the clock multiple times but it didn’t matter to her. All this yelling at me was on the sales floor in front of others and she was being rude and unprofessional. After all that I got pulled in the office and coached. Was this warranted or over the line?
