I saw in a video on YouTube (by Langfocus) that in Indonesian, the word “Allah” is used for God. Could a foreigner use the word to refer to God? Is it respectful to?

Furthermore, what do the words Tuhan and dewa mean?

Can any of these words be used to refer to ‘a god’?
