I was telling him about a post I made and instead of responding to that he said “I thought you were getting off Reddit”. He then yelled at me saying I’m wrong for arguing with people online, I’m wrong for spending time on here, that he doesn’t want to know someone who does this and that it’s “gross”. He yelled this at me repeatedly that it’s all “wrong”.
I’m currently very depressed, I have a chronic illness and don’t have any friends, and while it’s not healthy to spend too much time on here it’s one of my only distractions and coping mechanisms for how bad I feel. And I will still come on here, but now I also hate myself for coming on here, and I just feel really really alone.
Edit: also adding that I said he spends time on Twitter doing the same thing. But he said I complain about celebrity stuff and “who cares? No one gives a shit. What you’re doing is wrong and bad for everyone and I don’t care about it” while HE argues about social issues, his example was “homeless people need homes” which makes it OK.
