I’m a little late to the party with this one, but I recently just got a pretty good deal on a 16gb 512gb model and man, this is the handheld that I think I’ve been waiting for for a long time.

I’ve had a few handhelds over the past few years. Steam Deck, Legion go, Odin 2 mini pro, anbernic RG35XXSP, and more recently, the Retroid pocket classic 6 button.

When I got the Retroid Pocket classic, I was absolutely in love with it. Being able to play all the way up to some ps2 in such a portable form factor really sold me on the device. But I quickly realized that a good chunk of my games needed tweaks to the controls. Then I stumbled across the Pocket DMG.

I found one with Emulation Station pre configured for a very good price and I couldn’t refuse. The past few days with it has convinced me that this is the handheld for me. Playing older titles all the way up to something like Final Fantasy X in such a small form factor on that beautiful OLED screen has really been a game changer for me.

I just wanted to share my experience, as this is my first AYANEO Device. If you have one, what are some of your favorite games to play on it?
