I recently moved into my own apartment, and while it’s great having my own space, it still feels kind of bare. I’ve added the basics couch, desk, bed but it still has that just moved in vibe.
I’ve been trying little things to make it feel lived-in without going overboard. A couple plants, a rug, and some ambient lighting already helped. I’ve also started carving out a small chill corner where I can unwind sometimes with music, sometimes reading, and sometimes just playing a quick game on my pc after work. Even that tiny setup makes the place feel more personal.
What other simple additions or habits made your space feel more like home?
