Hi All, I’m wanting to upgrade my 11th Gen to a 13th gen. And in keeping with the mindset of sustainability, I want to use my existing i5 motherboard as an ESXi host to save money in electricity from the horrendously large Dell R720 sitting in my house. :D

I’m going to buy new memory, storage, modules and the case for the i5 but I just don’t want to go down that route if I can’t install ESXi on it. Anyone tried this?

(I get that this is a Framework SR but but I figured I’d start here first and then r/vmware second)
