I was visiting Austin and on a whim my boyfriend and I went to Barton Springs after our waiter at a restaurant recommended it to us. It was the most fun I’ve had swimming in a long time. Does Dallas have anything like that here? I know there’s the lakes but those are pretty grimy, plus they feel more like a chore to do because you have to get on a boat.

Also bonus points if it’s bikeable or transit accessible (or a combo of both!), even if it means taking the train to Fort Worth or Denton
