I see steam has it on sale and I’ve had it wishlisted for a while but noticed that the reviews are mixed on steam. Is the game any good? For context my only experience with paradox games are about 500 hours of HOI4 and about 40 hours of CKIII and that’s it. Is Victoria a hard game to get in to?
