He was super good to me and we got along well. But the other night he randomly said “I didn’t like (my skin color) before I met you” that already hurt and I was thinking about it for a couple days but decided to let it slide.

Last night we were drinking and he basically said he likes the complete opposite kind of girl that I am.

It’s not even my style or hair color I could change. It’s an entire other race so it’s worse.

He sent me a really long apology this morning but i can’t let it go. I’ve had this happen in two past relationships and caught them cheating with their type. Also I could never stop comparing myself to their type and getting upset when I saw them online or whatever.

I don’t think I can go through that again but it was the best short term relationship ever so I’m conflicted. What do I do? ☹️
